Here's what you can do:
After you take off the p-pad and sissy bar you might consider remmoving the fender struts also. In doing this you'll remove the stock turn signals. But you can buy aftermarket marker lights that are flush mounted (sport bike style). As for the electrics, well you can always mount them where the tool kit is stored. All you need is a drill and some extra wire.
